Oven roasted squash, Yukon potato, pureed creamy, garnished with chives

Artisan Bread Basket

Grissini, flat bread, whole grain and Italian style buns

Plated Main Entrée

Filet Mignon

Beef tenderloin seared and oven roasted, finished in a red wine reduction

Shrimp Skewer

Four seared shrimp, marinated in lemon and garlic, served with a bisque reduction

Roasted Heirloom Carrots and Yukon Potato

Drizzled in olive oil, garlic, slowly roasted

Micro Greens

A blend of spring micro greens in a honey Dijon vinaigrette

Dessert

Apple Crumble

Baked Apples, topped with a cluster of oats, crushed graham cracker and brown sugar. Served warm with vanilla ice cream

Late Night

Sweet Boutique

Decadent treats made in-house, featuring French and Italian pastries, fruit creations, modern bites such as cake pops, macarons and cupcakes, accompanied by freshly roasted Columbian coffee and assorted specialty teas
