Rich Devil’s Food Chocolate cake filled with layers of Hazelnut custard cream, Nutella and chopped nuts.
Vanilla cake sweetened with a Limoncello syrup, filled with whipped Mascarpone cheese and fresh seasonal Berries.
Each tier consists of four layers of cake sponge with three layers of filling making them on average approximately 5” tall.
We cannot guarantee NUT FREE as the raw ingredients used are not from a “nut free” facility, also our kitchen environment and equipment is not “nut free.
Sampling is available Thursday to Sunday; three flavours (two samples of each) for $25.
• Cake quotes are for one standard flavour; additional flavours add $50 each; specialty flavours add 15%.
• Cake stands, cake toppers, broaches and any fresh flowers and greens are to be supplied by client.
